Within Cekaja.com, the Commercial team is tasked to manage the portfolio of products on the portal as well as add new assortment and products, to ensure our customers have the widest variety of financial products to suit their financial needs.


We are a small but highly agile unit which is tasked to deliver revenue for the company. Working in the Commercial unit will give you the opportunity to interact with the top banks and insurers in Indonesia. You will get to learn about all aspects of banking and financial services industry as well as experience start up life like no other.


We are looking for a Partnership Manager in our Commercial unit and if you are young, fresh, confident, possess persuasive communication and negotiation skills, and are hungry for success, you will fit right in. In this role, you will be reporting to the Commercial Director.


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for partner acquisition and management including managing complex commercial negotiations with partners.
  • Analyze and manage company’s partner portfolio and their products to support business strategy and achievement
  • Own revenue targets. Analyze and organize possible revenue opportunities from each product to reach the target.
  • Analyze and breakdown monthly revenue targets for each product as well as setting targets for RAW Orders, Interest, Net Submissions and Approval Rate.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing and Operations teams, to ensure delivery of  planned revenue targets as well as new product initiatives.
  • Deliver periodical negotiations on client contracts and negotiate any required additional offers with the client.
  • Responsible for the end to end process and accuracy.


Requirements


  • At least a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Min 4-5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in banking or insurance).
  • Possesses strategic and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in setting up the acquisition and waterfall analysis.
  • Possesses good interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong influencing skills in a highly competitive sales environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business structures and business-related issues.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sales effectiveness capability and presentation skills
  • Experience and knowledge in commercial/consumer lending banking, insurance and/or fintech.
