Certified Financial Planner (Remote)

We are looking for a Certified Financial Planner in our Operations Team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Sales.

Job Description

• Understand customer needs and advise on the best financial products to meet the needs.
• Support the client throughout the application process to provide a great customer experience with a high approval rate. 
• Follow SOP throughout the process to ensure quality and accurate reporting.
• Always keep updating product knowledge in order to offer the right product to the right person at the right time. 
• Cross-sell complementary products that improve the solution for the client.
• Achieve sales targets. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher. 
• Intermediate English.
• Have a valid CFP certificate.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Ability to work remotely (full time or part time) and achieve targets with minimum oversight. 
• Ability and willingness to learn and understand financial products and how they will affect the clients. 
• Ability to attend video calls and learn through online training provided by the company. 
• Ability to use our proprietary online application to submit applications. 
• Eagerness to provide outstanding customer experience and to exceed the sales target.
