amalan, a leading debt relief company based in Yogyakarta, is seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to our website and improve our search engine rankings.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for optimizing websites for search engines and a solid understanding of WordPress and AI tools.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and generate high-quality leads.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and optimize on-page and off-page elements for targeted keywords.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with content creators and web developers to optimize website content, structure, and user experience for search engines and users.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms to continuously improve strategies and techniques.
Communicate and report on SEO performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders and management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an SEO Specialist.
Proficient in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, as well as technical SEO best practices.
Familiarity with WordPress and its SEO plugins (e.g., Yoast SEO, Rank Math).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights and recommendations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with using AI tools to support the works and keeping updated with AI tools related to SEO.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the financial services industry or related field.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with other digital marketing channels such as social media, and email marketing.
