We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that promote our company's culture, values, and career opportunities. By combining your expertise in marketing and human resources, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our organization and enhancing our brand presence in the market

Our mission at amalan is to assist people in regaining control of their finances. We help borrowers reduce their debt burden by either reducing the monthly payments or reducing the overall loan amount that needs to be paid back. Since 2019, amalan is the only company in Indonesia that is registered for this type of service with OJK.

Responsibilities:

  • Employer Branding: Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to position our company as an attractive employer in the debt management industry.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other materials that highlight our company's work culture, employee success stories, and career growth opportunities.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Collaborate with the HR team to create compelling recruitment campaigns that showcase our company's unique selling points, values, and benefits to potential candidates.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and curate our social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality content delivery.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in job fairs, industry conferences, and other networking events to increase brand visibility and engage with potential candidates.
  • Internal Communication: Develop and execute internal communication plans to keep current employees informed about company news, updates, and opportunities for growth.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics, and provide regular reports to evaluate the success of branding and recruitment efforts.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations, to explore collaborative marketing opportunities.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance online visibility, including targeted advertising, SEO optimization, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in HR marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Passionate in HR marketing, employer branding, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique content ideas.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret marketing data.
  • Proficiency in marketing software/tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
